National Grid Files POR Rates

On May 13, 2026 Massachusetts Electric Company and Nantucket Electric Company, each d/b/a National Grid submit its latest POR filing.

The filing includes the following:

(1) the standard complete billing percentages (“SCBPs”) for each Customer Class to be effective May 1, 2026 (see Attachments 1 through 4);

(2) the status of the reconciliation of the under-recovery balance incurred through December 2024 that was approved to be charged to competitive suppliers from May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026 (see Attachment 5); and

(3) the final reconciliation of the under-recovery balance incurred through December 2023 that was approved to be charged to competitive suppliers from May 1, 2024 through April 30, 2025 (see Attachment 6).

The proposed SCBPs for effect May 1, 2026 are as follows:

Residential 2.56%

Commercial (0.12)%

Industrial 1.30%

Pursuant to § 8B.2.a of the tariffs noted above, the Company also is providing the average historical payment periods for the POR Program that will be in place May 1, 2026.

The payment periods are as follows:

Residential 49 days;

Commercial 52 days; and Industrial 45 days.
