From the Massachusetts Commission Hearing Officer’s Memo:

“Although DOER has yet to issue its draft SMART 3.0 Regulations, the Department considers it reasonable and appropriate to convene the next meeting of the working group at this time. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 9 – 11 a.m. 1 The Department will distribute an agenda for the meeting at a later date. Please contact Hearing Officers Lauren Morris or Timothy Federico with any questions.”
