As background, on March 13, 2025 the Massachusett’s Hearing Officer filed a memorandum noticing docket stakeholder working group meeting regarding retail supplier marketing  practices.  

The memo required notice to participate to be filed by March 28, 2025 from stakeholders who would like to present on ways to best implement, or proposed alternatives to, that approach. 

The meeting will further address Staff’s proposed approach to high prices and deceptive/misleading marketing targeting vulnerable customers in slides 13-25 of its March 6th working group presentation.
