NGS Challenges Revocation of Supplier License

On June 23, 2026 Accenture filed a letter challenging the revocation of its Pennsylvania natural gas supplier license, stating that it never received either copy of the Pennsylvania PUC’s invoice at its Chicago address, which resulted in the annual licensing fee going unpaid.
In its letter Accenture noted that it has historically paid its Pennsylvania electric generation supplier licensing fees on time and, upon learning of the revocation order, promptly submitted the required $350 annual fee by overnight mail on June 10, 2026.
Accenture respectfully requests that the Pennsylvania PUC consider these circumstances and reinstate its license.
