NH – En 900 and En 1000 Rules 3/20/26 JLCAR Meeting
I hope this email finds you well.
The Joint Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules (JLCAR) deliberation and action relative to the Department of Energy’s Conditional Approval Requests pertaining to En 900; Net Metering For Customer-Owned Renewable Energy Generation Resources (2025-219) and En 1000; Distributed Energy Resources Interconnection Procedures (2025-220) rules had been set for Friday March 20, 2026. The Department of Energy contacted the Office of Legislative Services (OLS) to seek a postponement of the placement of these matters on the JLCAR calendar agenda. The Department expects the postponement to be granted at the March 20, JLCAR meeting.
The Department will be scheduling additional stakeholder sessions to address recently received stakeholder feedback. Separate notices for the stakeholder sessions will be issued soon.
The next JLCAR deadline is April 10, 2026, for filing Conditional Approvals for the April 17, 2026, JLCAR meeting. The Department will keep this service list apprised of any new information and deadlines.
