PUC Issued Procedural Order Re: Data Platform Development
In its procedural order, the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (NHPUC) requested Governance Council “to submit an updated workflow chart that shows the timing of the filing of its final report with the Commission concerning the proposed cost of the data platform development.”
Subsequentially on December 16, 2024, DOE filed request for clarification considering GRIP grant denial.
An updated workflow chart due by February 14, 2025.
