NJ EDI Workgroup Meeting Notes
The New Jersey EDI working group meeting notes from the April 2nd meeting include:
(1) NJNG answered questions regarding the 4/6/26 implementation of its new EDI platform and billing system change; and
(2) “ACE will be performing a technical upgrade of its existing billing system,” scheduled to go live 7/6/26, and said that “Suppliers and EDI providers should note the following”:
(i) “this will be a software upgrade” and “EDI transactions are not being changed and testing with suppliers is not required”;
(ii) account numbers will not be changed;
(iii) “There is no blackout period as July 3 is already a scheduled holiday”; and
(iv) “More information will be provided in June.”
