Notice Of Hearing Filed In Annual Review Of The Rate Adjustment Mechanisms Of The Connecticut Light And Power Company

[ *** ] The Authority hereby announces that it will hold a hearing in this matter at PURA’s offices, Ten Franklin Square, New Britain, Connecticut, on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, beginning at 10:00 a.m., to receive testimony and additional evidence regarding the prudency of the expenses and revenues included in the RAM Application, and any related issues raised in responsive filings made by other Parties and Intervenors. In addition, the Authority may receive testimony and additional evidence to consider whether additional adjustments to the NBFMCC, TAC, SBC, CTA, ESI, and/or RDM may be necessary. The Authority may continue the hearing on additional dates, as deemed necessary.
Written comments will also be accepted from members of the general public who have an interest in the outcome of this proceeding. The Authority will maintain an electronic file of any written communications so accepted, in the offices of the Executive Secretary. The files may be reviewed using the electronic portal accessible by the public on the Authority’s website at http://www.ct.gov/pura, by searching the correspondence files for Docket No. 25-01-03.
