Notice Of Proceeding Filed For Report To General Assembly Concerning Lost And Unaccounted For Gas

[ *** ] The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (Authority or PURA) established the above-referenced docket to conduct its annual review and report to the General Assembly on lost and unaccounted for gas (LAUF). See General Statutes § § 16-34a. In accordance with annual reporting requirement outlined in the June 23, 2021 Decision in Docket No. 21-02-25, 2021 PURA Report to the General Assembly Concerning Lost and Unaccounted for Gas, the three local gas distribution companies, Connecticut Natural Gas Corporation (CNG), The Southern Connecticut Gas Company (SCG), and Yankee Gas Services Company d/b/a Eversource Energy (Yankee; collectively, the LDCs) must submit the most recent annual LAUF gas report to PURA by March **17**, 2025. The Authority will review the LDCs’ reports and may collect other evidence, if needed, to prepare and submit the Authority’s annual report to the General Assembly on or before July 1, 2025. [ *** ]
