In a footnote, the report notes that “Despite multiple attempts from DPS Staff, the following ESCOs did not provide full responses as of the date of this report: API Energy LLC, Chautauqua Energy Management, Inc., Dual Fuel Energy Corp., Electree LLC, Energy Consulting Operations, LLC, Fuse Energy NY LLC, Green Grid Energy, LLC, Mayflower Power & Gas LLC, Mpower Energy LLC, South Energy LLC, Southern Energy Solution Group, LLC, Star Light and Power LLC, Texas Retail Energy, LLC, U.S. Power Supply, LLC, United Energy Supply Corporation, and Vineyard Oil & Gas Company.
As background, on November 13, 2025, “the Public Service Commission (Commission) issued an Order Adopting Modifications to the Uniform Business Practices (Order). . . . Among other things, the Order directed Department of Public Service (DPS) Staff to collect information on the number of customers served on month-to-month contracts by each energy services company (ESCO) in the State, and to file a yearly report reflecting this information. This letter includes the information directed by the Commission.”
