NYSEG-RGE Utility Rate Case Updates

NYSEG-RGE must file further tariff changes for Rate Year 2 within at least 30 days on a temporary basis until approved by the NYPSC.

On March 26, 2026 NYSEG-RGE filed its 2025 gas safety report and its 2025 electric reliability report.

On March 24th Staff  denied NYSEG-RGE’s extension request to file their capital investment plan for 2026, stating it must be filed by April 1, 2026.

On March 18, 2025 NYSEG-RGE filed its annual CDG report.
