OCC Objects To Utility’s Request To Withdraw Procedural Schedule In ESP IV Review

OCC filed a motion that the PUCO should deny FirstEnergy’s request to withdraw the procedural schedule for the quadrennial review. OCC stated that a “quadrennial review is a critical part of the PUCO’s approval of FirstEnergy’s return to ESP IV.”
