OPC Files Bi-weekly Status Report Regarding Compliance Issues in the Complaint Of Staff Against SmartEnergy
From the Status Report :
Because the parties have not agreed to the content of this status report, it is filed solely by Commission Staff in compliance with the Commission’s April 23, 2024, letter order requiring the parties, jointly, or Staff to file biweekly status reports concerning “an effort to resolve compliance issues in this matter.” This is the third biweekly status report.
The parties met in person on May 1, 2024, and virtually on May 18 and May 31, 2024. The parties have not scheduled any further meetings and are at an impasse concerning compliance issues. A Data Request served by Staff on SmartEnergy on May 31 is outstanding but due and expected to be answered on Friday, June 14.
Staff recommends this matter to be scheduled for an Administrative Meeting to commence compliance proceedings.
