Please see below for today’s update on resolved and known, outstanding issues impacting multiple suppliers. We have indicated the estimated resolution dates where possible.

There was an issue identified when an electric or gas supplier reported a rate and/or terms and conditions replacement message, the Bill Message REFME REF02 segment was being populated in the response as a sequence number when it should have been a suppressed field. | |

The Company is still working on loading the load profile (I) Segment and expects to have it completed by March 3rd. However, in the meantime, annual PLC and NSPL have already been loaded into the system and are available to see in the Supplier Portal as usual. | |
