On March 14th Maine Gov. Mills announced that she will re-nominate Phil Bartlett as Chair of the MEPUC. Bartlett is a former Maine Senate Majority Leader and Chair of the legislature’s Energy, Utilities and Technology Committee, and has served as MEPUC chair for five years.
