It is expected that Governor Murphy will nominate a New Jersey BPU Commissioner candidate after the November election to fill the current vacancy caused by the death of Joe Fiordaliso.
Recent staffing changes at the BPU include Acting General Counsel Carol Artale left the BPU at the end of the month; Elsbeth Hahn left her position with the Governor’s Counsel Office to become the BPU’s Deputy Chief Counsel; Henry Gajda, was previously the Deputy Chief of Staff, is the new Chief of External Affairs; and John Masiello is the new Deputy Director of Engineering.
