Oncor Filed Stipulation and Settlement Agreement & Parties File Testimony Supporting Settlement Agreement

Stipulation & Settlement Agreement , parties have agreed to the following: 

  1. Oncor will address overhead system resiliency issues at wildfire mitigation zones (WMZ) substations and both overhead and underground system resiliency issues at substations in underperforming areas by 12/31/27, and “Before performing the work, Oncor will examine whether application of its Vegetation Management Plus (‘VM+’) measure would be sufficient to address the underperforming nature” of substations with a benefit-cost ratio (BCR) below 0.8; 
  2. Oncor will address all other substations by 12/31/28; 
  3. to remove the Mobile Transformer Inventory program from the Flexible and Self-Healing Distribution Grid Measure; 
  4. Oncor will implement the programs of the Oncor Secure Measure based on a “Physical Security Consultant Assessment (‘Consultant Assessment’) within the Risk Assessment activity of this measure’ s Critical Asset Protection program”; and 
  5. “Oncor must determine a firm implementation date for [the Enhanced Digital Grid Measure] program that is not later than [12/31/2027] and provide this information in its annual report.“
