Subject: PECO Eligible Customer List (ECL) – Updated Files Available

Key Information: 

An updated PECO Eligible Customer List (ECL) for February is now available on the SUCCESS website in the Reports directory in the ECL File folder.

PLC Values are effective June 1 while NSPL values are effective January 1.

Dependent on the timing of when these files were generated, they could contain both current and future PLC & NSPL values as applicable.

PECO has also refreshed its Choice ID Lookup (CIL) data to align with the updated ECL.

The flat file layout displaying location of fields and appropriate field sizes is also available in the Reports directory in the ECL File folder.  The file name is PECO Eligible Customer List (ECL) File Layout.
