PUC Enters Tentative Implementation Order Re: Phase V Energy Efficiency & Conservation Program
{***} “On February 20, 2025, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC or Commission) entered a Tentative Implementation Order regarding Phase V of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Program. This notice is to inform electric distribution companies and interested parties that the Tentative Implementation Order is now published and available on the Commission’s website under Docket No. M-2025-3052826 at https://www.puc.pa.gov/docket/ M-2025-3052826.
Comments to the Tentative Implementation Order are due 30 days from the date of this notice, with reply comments due 15 days thereafter.” {***}
Notice of the Tentative Implementation Order re Energy Efficiency and Conservation Program at Docket No. M-2025-3052826 will appear in tomorrow’s Pennsylvania Bulletin. This will trigger the start of the comment period.
