PA PUC Issues Tentative Order To Revoke Two Supplier & Two Retail Energy Broker Licenses For Failure To File Proof Financial Security Instruments
The Pennsylvania PUC issued a tentative order proposing to revoke the licenses of 2 retail electric suppliers and two electric brokers for failure to file proof of security in the format approved by the PUC.
Entities may challenge the draft findings of the tentative order, or otherwise come into compliance by a deadline established in the tentative order, to avoid license revocation
The alleged compliance deficiencies alleged in the November 7, 2024; tentative order must be responded to October 29, 2024.
