As background Bounce Energy Inc. filed an application on October 29, 2023, to update Bounce Energy, Inc.’s license to offer, render, furnish, or supply electricity or electric generation services as a broker/marketer to residential, small commercial, large commercial, industrial, and governmental customers in all of the electric distribution company service territories within Pa.
