PECO under a newly filed natural gas rate case has filed updates to the gas purchase of receivables discount rate, merchant function charge, and gas procurement charge.

PECO proposes to lower the bypassable Gas Procurement Charge (GPC) to be $0.0360 per Mcf, from the current $0.0386 per Mcf.

PECO would establish the updated bypassable merchant function charges (MFC) as follows:
