Peoples’ Gas Filed its Customer Education and Outreach Plan for 2026
On March 3, 2025 Peoples’ filed its Customer Education and Outreach Plan for 2026 .
Peoples education and outreach plan provides for a multi-pronged approach to consumer education with the goal of connecting eligible customers who would benefit most from the Customer Assistance Program (CAP) enrollment.
On the same day Peoples filed a petition to utilize a portion of its 2025 Low Income Usage Reduction Program carryover to stabilize funding for its Emergency Furnace/Service Line Repair Assistance Program as funding will run out by April 2026. As such, Peoples requested expedited treatment of its petition.
