In an Order the Pennsylvania Commission approves the Joint Petition for Settlement of the Section 1307(f) Rate Investigation of Peoples Natural Gas Company LLC pursuant to 66 Pa.C.S. § 1307(f) that Peoples Natural Gas Company LLC, the Commission’s Bureau of Investigation and Enforcement and the Office of Consumer Advocate have executed and filed on June 18, 2024, at Docket No. R-2024-3045945.
