In the District of Columbia Pepco filed its fifty-eighth bi-weekly report regarding community renewable energy facilities. The report addresses numerous topics including:

[ *** ] i. The number of CREF meters with cellular or wireless devices that Pepco is reading;
- The Number of CREF meters being read by Pepco (including make and model and change from the prior week);
- A list of CREF owners and/or Subscriber Organizations (“SO”) and the number of hours the SO has spent on meeting and site visits with Pepco; and
- An Excel spreadsheet with location, meter make/model, whether Pepco has read the meter in the previous month or relied on default values, total number of subscribers, number of subscribers that received a monthly credit, and whether any unsubscribed energy Payment was made for the previous month.
