PSC Extends Retail Supplier’s Term Serving As Regulated Provider
The Georgia PSC issued a written order extending, for an additional year, SCANA Energy Marketing, LLC Regulated Division’s status as the AGL market’s Regulated Provider
Under the extension, SCANA Energy Marketing, LLC Regulated Division will serve as the regulated provider through August 31, 2027
SCANA Energy Marketing, LLC Regulated Division had previously been designated as the regulated provider for a term of September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2026
During the additional year serving as the regulated provider, SCANA Energy Marketing, LLC Regulated Division shall, unless otherwise ordered by the PSC, continue to provide service under the same terms and conditions established in an August 6, 2024, Consent Order addressing the original regulated provider term of September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2026
