PSC Revokes 26 Supplier and Broker Licenses

On April 24, 2026, the District Of Columbia Public Service Commission issued PSC orders revoking the licenses of 26 retail energy suppliers and brokers for either failure to reply to previously issued show cause orders or failure to respond to assessment surveys, failure to respond to PSC inquiries, or failing to be registered with the D.C. Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection.

Most of the entities identified below are no longer active within the state.

The Applicant’s abandonment and cancellation of its certification is effective upon the issuance of this Order.
