PSC Seeks Comments Re: Staff’s Updated Proposal To Manage DER Projects
On November 18, 2025 the New York Public Service Commission (PSC) staff filed an updated proposal for managing DER project construction and requested that interested stakeholders be granted an extension of time, until December 10, 2025, to consider and comment on the updated proposal. DPS staff noted that the updated proposal had been discussed at a November 5, 2025, working group meeting and DPS staff provided a link to material from that meeting. The DPS staff’s extension request was granted.
In response on November 24, a notice solicitating comments to Staff’s updated proposal also includes the 8/15/25 IRS guidelines. Comments to Staff’s updated proposal are due by December 10, 2025.
