PUC Adopts Amendments to Gas Pipeline Rules

An Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) issued an order that the amendments to the Ohio Public Utilities Commission’s five year review of the gas pipeline safety rules in Chapter 4901:1-16 of the Ohio Administrative Code have been adopted.

The amendments to the rules in Ohio Adm.Code Chapter 4901:1-16 will become effective on May 21, 2026.
