The New Hampshire PUC issued procedural order directing Governance Council to file an update on the data platform RFPs authorized in its April 11, 2025 procedure.

As background, the New Hampshire PUC initiated this proceeding to implement SB284, which requires the New Hampshire PUC to establish and regulate a statewide online energy data platform operated by the state’s electric and natural gas utilities.

Governance Council update on data platform RFPs is due by September 3, 2025.
