PUC Grants Fanfare Energy an Electric Supplier License

On April 16, 2026 the Pennsylvania PUC issued an order granting Fanfare Energy, LLC a retail electric supplier license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.

Fanfare Energy proposes to act as a supplier of retail electric power to residential, small commercial (25 kW and under demand), large commercial (over 25 kW demand), industrial, and governmental customers, as well as residential and small commercial (limited to mixed meters) customers, pursuant to the Commission’s Secretarial Letter served March 25, 2011 at Docket No. M-2009-2082042. Fanfare Energy has indicated that it will be taking title to the electricity.
