The Maine Public Utilities Commission (MEPUC) issued a procedural order requesting comments on Staff’s three TOU straw proposals.  Comments on TOU straw proposals due by October 28, 2025.

Previously on October 8, 2025 the Commission issued a procedural order requesting testimony from CMP regarding potential administrative solutions to the issue of AMI post-outage lags.
