PUC Revokes Supplier Licenses for Failure to File Annual Reports or Pay Fees
On September 2, 2026, the Pennsylvania PUC issued a final order revoking Natural Gas Supplier Licenses of companies that did not file a natural gas supplier annual report or pay past due annual or supplemental fees.
See Table 3 below for names of natural gas suppliers that have had their licenses cancelled for noncompliance.
