PUC to Hold Third Senior Citizen and Disabled Residents Rate Credit Conference

The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia will hold the third senior citizen and disabled residents rate credit (“Rider SCADRRC”) technical conference on Friday, February 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.  The purpose of the conference is to evaluate the impact and feasibility of continuing the Rider SCADRRC.

The conference will be held virtually.  Anyone interested in attending the conference must register with the Commission Secretary by Friday, February 13, 2026, by sending an email to:

psc-commissionsecretary@dc.gov with the subject “FC1149 Technical Conference” or by calling (202) 626-5150.  Participation instructions will be provided prior to the working group meeting.
