PUCT Adopts Staff’s Allocation of Costs for Online PUC Meeting Broadcasts
In an Order Setting The Cost Recovery Fees For Live Internet Broadcasting the Texas Commission finds that Staff Memo On Cost Distribution and recommendation on how to allocate the costs among the various entities are reasonable and approves the requests and recommendation, thereby setting the fees accordingly. Staff proposes allocating the $45,900 REP-share of the cost for online PUC meeting broadcasts as follows:
