PUCT Approves Graviti Power’s Option 2 REP Application
On February 17, 2026 the Public Utility Commission of Texas granted Graviti Power LLC an Option 2 Texas retail electric provider certificate.
Option 2 REPs are limited to serving customers 1 MW and larger that also require an accompanying affidavit from a customer agreeing to take the service.
As reported previously, on December 9, 2026 Graviti Power filed and Option 2 application with the Texas Public Utilities Commission.
In its application the company indicated that it plans to provide bulk electricity supply for commercial and industrial customers, with a emphasis on electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure operators and other high-load commercial facilities.
