The Public Utilities Commission of Texas (PUCT) publishes an informational home solar website.

The website includes a section on common myths about home solar.  It also includes a section on “Questions for Solar Salesperson and different payment options for purchasing or leasing solar panels and equipment.  The website also includes buyback rates that may be available for homeowners.
