PULJ Files Notice Of Pre-Hearing Conference In OPC’s Compliant Against Washington Gas Light And WGL Energy Services

A pre-hearing conference in the above-captioned matter is hereby set for Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. to establish a procedural schedule, to consider any petitions to intervene, and any other preliminary matters. The pre-hearing conference will be held virtually and streamed live via the PULJ Division’s YouTube Channel.
Petitions to intervene must be filed by September 11, 2024, and may be filed electronically through the Commission’s website at www.psc.md.us or sent by first-class mail to the Commission’s Executive Secretary, Andrew S. Johnston, Maryland Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202, referencing Case No. 9673. 7 The Parties shall meet and confer and provide to the PULJ no later than September 11, 2024 at noon, any agreement as to a proposed procedural schedule and the scope/issues of this phase of the proceeding.
