[ *** ] The Parties presented a joint proposal for the procedural schedule, which was provided in advance of the pre-hearing conference, and after discussion of the proposal and one small amendment, the following procedural schedule proposed by the Parties was adopted:
November 1, 2024 Columbia to file Update to Actuals
November 22, 2024 Staff/OPC/Intervenors to file Direct Testimony
December 13, 2024 Rebuttal Testimony to be filed by all Parties
Week of December 16, 2024 Evening Public Comment Hearings
January 16, 2025 Surrebuttal Testimony to be filed by all Parties
January 21, 2025 Comparison Chart of Parties’ positions
January 22-24, 2025 Evidentiary Hearing Dates
February 14, 2025 Briefs Due (all Parties)
March 11, 2025 Proposed Order Target Date
March 20, 2025 Notices and Memoranda on Appeal (all Parties)
March 28, 2025 Reply Memorandum (all Parties)
April 22, 2025 Final Order
No party may file any testimony other than that provided by the procedural schedule unless a motion seeking leave to file the additional testimony, including the reasons for the need to file, is submitted and the motion is granted by the Public Utility Law Judge.
The evidentiary hearings shall begin at 10:00 a.m. and will be held in the Commission’s 19th Floor Hearing Room, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland.
