The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (Authority or PURA) approves, with modifications, the Multifamily Housing Working Group’s (MFH WG) proposed framework for allowing master-metered affordable housing to participate in the Residential Renewable Energy Solutions Program (RRES Program or Program), provided such projects demonstrate compliance with the tenant benefit sharing requirements of the Program through approved building upgrades.
