PURA Files Final Decision In Annual Shared Clean Energy Facility Program Review – Year 6
Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA) issued a Final Decision approving updates to the Shared Clean Energy Facility Program (SCEF Program or Program), administered by The Connecticut Light and Power Company d/b/a Eversource Energy (Eversource) and The United Illuminating Company (UI; collectively, with Eversource, electric distribution companies or EDCs).
The Commission said that “the approved changes better align the SCEF Program with the Program Objectives. The Decision also sets the SCEF price caps and bid preferences for project applications to be received in the Year 6 procurement.”
