PURA Files Notice Of Proceeding In Petition Of Allco Finance Alleging Violations By United Illuminating
On August 20, 2024, in Connecticut Allco Finance Limited LLC (Company) submitted an application requesting that the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (Authority or PURA) order The United Illuminating Company (UI) to negotiate in good faith in relation to an agreement for the purchase of energy and capacity pursuant to General Statutes §16- 243a. In response, the Authority is conducting this contested proceeding to address the issues raised in the application. See General Statutes § §16-243a. [ *** ]
Other persons seeking party or intervenor status in this proceeding must file a motion, in accordance with General Statutes § 4-177a, no later than October 2, 2024, before 4:00 p.m., Eastern time. Each person seeking party or intervenor status may designate up to two persons for inclusion on the service list.
