PURA Files Notice Of Technical Meetings In PURA Investigation Into Performance Mechanisms For Performance-Based Regulation Framework
[ *** ] The Authority hereby notifies Participants and interested stakeholders that it will hold its fifth Technical Meeting (Technical Meeting No. 5)4 on June 10, 2024, starting at 1:30 p.m., and its sixth Technical Meeting (Technical Meeting No. 6) on July 10, 2024 starting at 1:00 p.m., in-person at PURA’s offices, Ten Franklin Square, New Britain, Connecticut. The purpose of Technical Meeting Nos. 5 and 6 is to facilitate a roundtable discussion on the Performance Metrics, Scorecards, and PIMs outlined in the Authority’s March 14, 2024 Straw Proposal.5 As such, the Authority seeks participation from Participants and stakeholders to discuss affirmative proposals to modify, refine, and add specificity to the Straw Proposal’s recommended Metrics, Scorecards, and PIMs. All Participants and stakeholders are invited to identify one spokesperson (Roundtable Representative) to participate directly in the facilitated discussions at each Technical Meeting to ensure that all stakeholders are afforded an equal opportunity to engage. Additional Participant and stakeholder representatives are welcome to attend the Technical Meetings, though they will not be the primary participants in the facilitated roundtable discussion as space is expected to be limited and the Authority wishes for each stakeholder to be represented in the discussion.
