PURA Files Request For Comments In Annual EV Charging Program Review – Year 5

[ *** ] To facilitate the continued evaluation of the Program, the Authority requests that docket Participants file written comments on or before 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, addressing the following:
- Provide comments on the EDCs’ analysis and proposal regarding adopting the NEVI Program’s 97% uptime requirement for DCFCs, filed as Motion No. 3 in this proceeding, including but not limited to, the EDCs’ recommendation against adopting such uptime requirements and associated enforcement mechanisms. See Motion No. 3, pp. 2–8. Additionally, provide comments on the EDCs’ proposed alternative mechanisms to encourage uptime. Id., pp. 8–9.
- Provide comments on the EDCs’ proposal to provide MUD site hosts a financial incentive to participate in the MUD managed charging pilot program, filed as Motion No. 4 in this proceeding, including but not limited to, the proposed incentive amounts, frequency, and site host requirements to receive such incentives, as well as the request for “accelerated consideration and/or approval of this incentive structure.” Motion No. 4, pp. 2–5.
