PURA Grants Motion Extending Deadline For Submission Of New Disclosure Labels To Comply With New Standards In VRO Decision

Constellation and RESA each submitted a motion requesting an extension of time from February 15, 2024, to a date 30 days following the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority’s approval of the disclosure labels, for all new and renewing voluntary renewable offers (VROs) to comply with the new standards. PURA granted the motion. All new and renewing VROs are now required to comply with the new standards by Thursday, February 29, 2024. This extension is consistent with the extension the Authority granted to the Disclosure Label Working Group
