From Decision: 

The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (Authority or PURA) approves the conservation adjustment mechanism (CAM) charge for two electric distribution companies (EDCs), The Connecticut Light and Power Company d/b/a Eversource Energy (Eversource) and The United Illuminating Company (UI), and for three local distribution companies (LDCs), Connecticut Natural Gas Corporation (CNG), The Southern Connecticut Gas Company (SCG), and Yankee Gas Services Company d/b/a Eversource Energy (Yankee). The CAM charge, along with other revenue sources, funds the Connecticut Conservation and Load Management (C&LM) Plan.  The C&LM Plan helps Connecticut residents and commercial businesses become more energy efficient, through various programs and services administered by the EDCs and LDCs.   1. CNG, SCG, and Yankee shall assess a CAM charge of $0.0460/ccf to each customer effective March 1, 2024, through February 28, 2025, subject to the annual reconciliation process.

    2. Eversource and UI shall assess a CAM charge of $0.0060/kWh of electricity sold to each customer effective March 1, 2024, through February 28, 2025, subject to the annual reconciliation process.

    3. Beginning February 1, 2025, and annually thereafter, UI, CNG, and SCG shall provide detailed CAM filings, referencing the level of detail provided in Eversource and Yankee filings submitted in the instant proceeding.

    4. Not later than one week after submission to DEEP, the Companies shall file all respective annual C&LM Plan Updates, and associated budget updates, as applicable, in the relevant annual CAM proceeding. The Companies shall also file DEEP rulings regarding the annual C&LM budget as part of the annual C&LM Plan Update process no later than one week after issuance in the relevant annual CAM proceeding.
