RBD Retail Power Seeks an Electric Supplier License
On March 23, RBD Retail Power, LLC, a newly formed entity, filed an electric generation supplier (EGS) application with Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission.
The application indicates that RBD Retail Power intends to to serve large commercial (over 25 kW) and industrial customers in all electric utility service areas within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
RBD Retail Power stated that RBD Retail Power will market, to retail customers, electricity production from its three affiliated power generation plants in Pennsylvania: Seward Generation, LLC; Ebensburg Power Company; and Colver Green Energy, LLC, which are part of the Robindale companies.
The application indicates that as a limited liability company, RBD Retail Power, LLC does not currently have officers but is instead controlled by its managers. Listed below are the managers of RBD Retail Power LLC. D. Scott Kroh Manager, Judson L. Kroh Manager and Zachary S. Kroh Manager.
The application identifies R. Christopher Anderson as the General Counsel and Logan Smyers regulatory and legal compliance contact.
Robindale Retail Power Services, LLC, is already licensed as a retail electric supplier in Pennsylvania.
The application indicates the docket numbers for any previous Pennsylvania PUC licenses for the Applicant, all affiliates, and any predecessors include: Carbon Direct, LP – Docket # A-2012-2339757, Robindale Retail Power Services, LLC – Docket # A-2018-3005732 and High Country Motors, LLC – Docket # A-00122036.
