REMINDER: Stakeholder Responses to Resource Adequacy Study Questions Due February 16
On January 30, the IPA and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency released a series of stakeholder questions and are seeking written feedback from interested parties.
These questions are intended to gather input on both:
- Technical recommendations related to the Mitigation Plan; and
- Guidance on alignment between the Mitigation Plan and the Integrated Resource Plan (IRP).
How to Submit Feedback
Stakeholders are encouraged to review the questions and submit written responses by February 16, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CT. Responses should be submitted to the IPA at IPA.ContactUs@illinois.gov.
- Submitted responses should have the email subject header: [Stakeholder Name] Response – RA Study Jan 2026 Questions
- Please refer to the stakeholder question set for additional submission instructions and confidentiality guidelines.
Background
The January 27 workshop provided stakeholders with an overview of the results of the RA Study issued on December 15, 2025, and outlined initial considerations for the development of a Mitigation Plan. The workshop presentation and recording are now available on the RA Study web page.
