On August 11, Application of Ammper Power RES, LLC filed for an Option 1 retail electric provider certificate

with the Public Utilities Commission of Texas.

The application indicates that “”Ammper Power RES was formed to support Ammper’s expansion into the residential retail electricity market by operating as a residential Retail Electric Provider (REP) and Load Serving Entity (LSE), supplying electricity and related retail energy services to residential customers in Texas.”
