Senate Bill SB4 – An Act Concerning Energy Affordability, Access And Accountability

SB4 was introduced in Connecticut by the Energy & Technology Committee on January 8th.  The Bill’s goal is to improve service and reduce costs for electricity ratepayers in the state. On March 24th the Bill was referred to the Office of Legislative Research and Office of Fiscal Analysis.
